Job Summary
Layout conduit systems, lighting, and control systems while analyzing blueprints and ensuring all electrical assemblies meet specifications and the National Electric Code. Troubleshoot, install, and maintain basic electrical systems, motor feeders, and standard motor connections across the Pittsboro facility. Clean workstations, manage materials, and participate in toolbox talks and safety audits to maintain OSHA and customer compliance. Mentor General Assemblers and Apprentices, provide technical assistance, and anticipate equipment needs for upcoming tasks. Work shifts between 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am with 10-25% travel, completing projects on time and within budget.
Required Qualifications
