Job Summary
As an Electrician, you will be responsible for preventive and corrective electric maintenance work, repairs, installations, and testing of electrical circuits and equipment, including high voltage and AC/DC circuits. You will perform inspections, isolate defects using testing instruments, and maintain emergency generators. Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED and 4-6 years of relevant construction or maintenance experience. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation are required, along with the ability to train and mentor other technicians. Candidates must comply with safety procedures and local codes.
Required Qualifications

- 4-6 years construction or maintenance experience in commercial environments
- Must provide outstanding customer service to meet the needs of client.
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to read and decipher blueprints, as-built construction documents and electrical diagrams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior client relations in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to interact effectively with clients.
