Job Summary
Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems and control equipment within industrial environment. Troubleshooting: diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in high-speed production machinery and automated systems to minimize downtime. System Installation: lay out circuits, route conduit, and install electrical cabinets, switchgear, and transformers. Automation & PLCs: interpret PLCs and VFDs that regulate automated factory equipment. Blueprint Interpretation: read and update complex electrical blueprints, technical schematics, and wiring diagrams. Safety & Code Compliance: ensure installations adhere to NEC and OSHA workplace safety regulations. Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in loud, hot, or confined spaces. Education: Journeyman license.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- High-voltage systems (e.g., 480VAC)
- three-phase circuits
- read and interpret electrical blueprints/schematics/wiring diagrams
- interpret Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
- experience with diagnostic tools (multimeters, voltmeters, ammeters)
- industrial environment maintenance and safety standards (NEC, OSHA)
