Job Summary
Install, inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems and components across assigned Boxer Office properties, including residential and commercial buildings. Perform equipment repairs, troubleshoot electrical problems via phone, and manage emergency service calls while keeping company mobile phones available. Notify building managers of work progress and any unnoticed issues requiring attention. Complete service repair tickets for signature before closing out repairs. Maintain a Texas Journeymans Electrician License and experience in commercial office building electrical requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 5+ years experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Texas Journeymans Electrician License
- Employee must have reliable transportation to and from work each day
- Successfully pass pre-employment screening
Desired Qualifications
- Technical training and license
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Experience based in all commercial office building electrical requirements
- Knowledge of City Electrical Code
