Job Summary
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential electrical systems while performing installations and upgrades that exceed NEC standards. Communicate clearly with customers to provide recommendations and document all work with before-and-after photos. Maintain safe, clean work areas and deliver 100% customer satisfaction. Requires 1–3 years of residential electrical experience, an apprentice or journeyman license preferred, and the ability to read blueprints, run conduit, and work safely at heights. Valid driver's license with a clean record and clean background check required. Competitive pay of $25–$35/hour plus commission, company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits available.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of residential electrical experience (wiring, repair, troubleshooting)
- Ability to read blueprints, run conduit, wire/terminate devices, and test systems
- Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a true team player
- Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs and work safely at heights or outdoors
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Clean background check & drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Apprentice or Journeyman license preferred (but not required)
