Job Summary
Perform electrical and mechanical tests to diagnose issues on conveyor systems, hydraulic components, and machine control equipment. Maintain and repair machinery, replace defective parts, and operate plant boilers, autoclaves, and HVAC systems. Track labor, parts, and machine history in the plant CMMS while supporting all departments to resolve daily maintenance issues. Requires rotating shift work and a minimum of five years in industrial electrical maintenance with Allen-Bradley PLC experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years Industrial Electrical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 5 years of Allen-Bradley PLC experience
- Must have the ability to demonstrate working knowledge of mechanical/electrical principles/concepts
- Must be willing to work a rotating shift
Desired Qualifications
- ControlLogix or PLC-5
- Experience with WonderWare or other industrial HMI software
