Job Summary
Electrician role: assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools. Diagnose malfunctioning systems with test equipment to locate and correct issues. Duties include connecting wires to circuit breakers/ Transformers; inspecting systems for hazards; advising management on potential hazards; testing continuity with ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes; maintaining an electrician license; planning layouts per specifications and codes; directing and training workers; following blueprints; installing conduit and wiring; fabricating parts; performing physically demanding tasks; providing preliminary sketches and cost estimates; and aiding during emergencies. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not provided.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of Journeyman level experience
