Job Summary
Perform planned electrical maintenance on thermoforming and extrusion equipment to ensure system integrity. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems for continuous production operation. Modify existing machinery for performance upgrades and complete all associated paperwork accurately. Maintain safe, clean work areas while adhering to all company rules and policies. Requires HS diploma, three to five years of experience, and a two-year electrical technology degree. Rotates between 7pm-7am and 7am-7pm shifts every ten weeks. Competitive pay range from $25.48 to $31.85 with eligibility for annual increases and monthly productivity bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalency
- 3-5 years related experience
- 2 Year Electrical Technology degree
- Residential/Commercial License
- Knowledgeable in electrical systems
- Knowledgeable in hydraulics
- Knowledgeable in pneumatics
- Blue print reading (mechanical/electrical)
- Knowledge of AC and Dc drive systems
- Previous electrical experience with troubleshooting capabilities
- Previous mechanical experience with troubleshooting capabilities
- Knowledge of PLCs
- Ability to work with others effectively as a part of a team
- Flexibility to work overtime and off shifts as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Residential/Commercial License preferred
