Job Summary
Electrician Apprentice position performing electrical wiring for PV solar installations, installing electrical apparatus and fixtures, connecting wiring through conduits, and assembling conduits. Responsibilities include troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions, reading electrical drawings/blueprints, and ensuring safety procedures and regulations are followed. Requires ability to work independently or in a team, physical fitness for lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing roofs, and possession of a valid driver’s license. Full-time role with overtime, located in Hudson, MA. Benefits include health, vision, dental, life, a 401K with company match after 1 year, PTO, holidays, referral bonuses, and a competitive compensation rate of $25-$33 per hour depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an electrician preferred
- Experience in residential or commercial electrical systems preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders and work on pitched residential roofs
- Proficient with electrical tools and blueprints
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
