Job Summary
Execute factory, agricultural, and operations maintenance activities in strict compliance with National, State, and Local Electrical Codes. Set an effective pace to minimize process interruptions while repairing, replacing, and installing new generators. Programs, troubleshoots, and operates programmable controllers, distributive control systems, and interlocking systems using SAP for maintenance records. Works with non-licensed personnel to train them toward electrical licensure. Requires a Journeyman's Class A license, ability to handle up to 12,470 volt 3-phase equipment, forklift certification, and a successful safety screen. Day shift schedule with rotating availability during harvest season.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or a GED certificate
- Journeyman's Class A license
- Must stay current with technical knowledge and licensing requirements
- Must be able to work with up to 12,470 volt 3-phase equipment and switch gears as well as lower voltages in both single and 3-phase
- Must possess or obtain forklift certification
- Candidates will be required to submit to and successfully pass a Safety Screen that evaluates their ability to safely execute the duties and tasks defined for this position
