Job Summary
Lead a small crew of electricians and apprentices on commercial and residential utility projects, installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while reading blueprints and schematics to execute wiring and conduit installations. Run wire through conduit, troubleshoot components, and perform inspections to verify code compliance and system integrity. Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely completion, order materials, and enforce OSHA safety regulations. Mentor crew members to ensure proper workmanship and adherence to industry standards. Requires 5+ years of experience with NEC codes and physical ability to lift 50+ lbs in various weather conditions.
