Job Summary
Monitor the inbox, verify warranty request validity, and schedule in-home service calls in Bolt and Service Titan systems. Create jobs in Sage Job Cost and Sage AR, set up customers, and coordinate with internal departments when work becomes billable. Answer incoming calls to respond to customer and builder needs, request approvals and documentation from builders, and e-file coded documentation. Schedule appointments for external service and warranty requests, provide PO pricing prior to scheduling, and request work orders for RNC warranty jobs. Perform other related duties as directed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state Driver's license
- At least two years of work experience in related field and or Customer service
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, excel, word
- Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory
- Ability to work independently

- Associate or bachelor's degree
- Knowledge in the construction industry
