Job Summary
Electrical Utility Staker I Technician supports electric utility field services by assisting with design, staking, mapping, work order support, and field coordination activities. Key responsibilities include assisting with staking and field layout, supporting mapping and work order preparation, coordinating with field teams and clients, reviewing field information for accurate project documentation, using job-related technology and mobile devices, and ensuring safe and efficient completion of utility field work with travel within the Northeast Georgia territory as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to learn electric utility staking, mapping, and work order processes.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow direction from field leadership.
- Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and job-related technology.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
