Electrical Training Instructor

The Electrical Training Instructor role focuses on designing, implementing, and evaluating technical training programs to support employee development and organizational goals. Responsibilities include complying with safety rules, coordinating and maintaining technical training services, planning and facilitating workshops driven by strategic performance needs, reviewing monthly manufacturing metrics to drive effective changes, applying process improvements to training, developing and delivering training materials, consulting with managers on development needs, maintaining training materials inventory, assisting management in selecting external training programs, tracking and reporting on training activities, and supporting maintenance and troubleshooting as needed. Required competencies include AC/DC electricity, electrical wiring diagrams, motors and controls, hydraulics/pneumatics, conveyors, PLCs, problem solving, reading schematics, proficiency with Microsoft Office, effective communication, and the ability to multitask on multiple projects. Occasional travel and flexible shifts to accommodate training on off-shift employees are expected.
