Job Summary
Perform repetitive electrical testing preparation and testing tasks of basic complexity. Visually inspect product prior to testing, prepare test setups, inspect testing equipment and test booth for proper operation, separate non-conforming parts, document actions by completing production and quality forms, maintain a safe and clean working environment, conserve resources, and contribute to team efforts by training others in testing tasks. Verify all work meets requirements before passing to the next operation; operate in a manufacturing facility with two-person lifting tasks and use of assistive devices. Requires a high school diploma/GED, basic reading of drawings/BOMs, English comprehension, and the ability to lift and manipulate components in a production setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED or combination of work experience and skill development
- 0-1 year experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Able to safely use small hand and power tools
- Able to read and interpret Drawings and Bills of Material
- Has basic computer skills
- Able to read instructions and understand verbal instructions in English
