Job Summary
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical and electro-mechanical equipment throughout the facility, including motors, drives, PLC components, relays, sensors, transformers, and power distribution systems. Diagnose and repair industrial electrical hardware while installing conduit, wiring, and components for new production machinery, conveyors, and control systems. Support mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment with up to 480v experience. Requires minimum 5+ years of electrical maintenance experience, proficiency in reading schematics, and strong troubleshooting skills to minimize equipment downtime.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years electrical maintenance experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment
- Experience troubleshooting PLCs
- Experience troubleshooting VFD's
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical equipment, including motors, transformers, relays, switches, sensors, AC/DC drives
- Experience installing conduit, wiring, and electrical components for new production equipment, including machinery, conveyors, and control systems
- Must have experience with automated machinery
- Experience with up to 480v
