Job Summary
Execute electrical wiring plans for lighting, intercom, and alarm systems while installing apparatus, fixtures, and equipment. Connect wiring in circuits and networks, perform preventative maintenance, and operate overhead cranes (AC & DC). Conduct transformer inspections, infrared panel testing, and PLC/VFD drive troubleshooting, programming, and updates. Maintain breakers and read blueprints/schematics for site work. Requires 5+ years hands-on experience with power wiring, controls, and conduit running. Knowledge of 13.8 KV through 120 VAC and 250 DC is essential. Includes understanding of pre-tool inspection and post-completion site clean-up.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of hands-on electrical experience
- Ability to troubleshoot power wiring and controls
- Need to be able to run rigid conduit and wiring
- Knowledge of 13.8 KV, 110v/220v, 480v, 2300v, 25HZ and working knowledge of 250 DC
- Must know 13.8 KV to 120 VAC breaker maintenance and upgrade
- Electrical preventative maintenance knowledge
- Understanding of pre-tool inspection and site clean-up post completion
- Must be able to read blueprints/schematics
