Job Summary
Execute day-to-day electrical maintenance activities on plant systems, equipment, and facilities within the designated area. Perform preventive maintenance on HV and LV switchgear, control gears, transformers, and motors, including testing electronic protection relays and conducting partial discharge and current signature analysis. Troubleshoot electrical assets to increase system availability and reliability while enforcing SATORP safety procedures and submitting regular progress reports to the Electrical Supervisor. Maintain records of daily work against planned programs and support switchgear operations in substations when requested.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma holder in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma
- Hold a valid certification issued by a recognized third-party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute, attesting to the individual's qualifications and competency to perform the works
- Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
- Good commands oral and written English
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of maintaining and repairing Electrical systems
- Good knowledge in Electrical equipment design, installation and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of maintaining and repairing Mechanical and electro hydraulic systems
- Good knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance principles and working procedures
- Strong knowledge of standards, procedures and regulation to develop activities taking care of Health, Safety and Environmental preservation
- Proactive Safety aptitude and behavior
- Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
