Job Summary
Assemble electronic test equipment, including cable assemblies, electro-mechanical assemblies, circuit card assemblies, and component-level builds. Operate and program automated wire cutting, stripping, and crimping equipment while performing self-inspections and peer inspections to verify compliance with specifications. Document build processes, update redlines, and provide feedback to engineering on potential improvements. Work closely with engineering to support process improvements and resolve technical issues, participating in continuous improvement activities to enhance quality and efficiency. Assist and collaborate with project team members on troubleshooting and assembly challenges. Requires knowledge of electrical components, circuitry, and basic electronics principles, along with proficiency in soldering and reading schematics. Must be able to distinguish colors and work with small components requiring strong hand-eye coordination.

- Computer skills required (basic data entry, accessing documentation, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret wire lists, schematics, build specifications, and technical drawings
- Proficiency in soldering electrical and electronic connections
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus in a production environment
- Ability to identify issues, break down problems, and contribute to practical solutions
- Ability to use computer systems to access, enter, and retrieve data
- Must have the ability to lift and/or carry 45 lbs
- Ability to work for extended periods at computer workstation/keyboard
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- The position will require walking, standing, squatting, crouching, stooping, lifting, climbing, pulling, pushing, sitting, repetitive motion and kneeling
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with electrical harnessing, cable assembly, or chassis wiring preferred
