Job Summary
Electrical Technician I in SitelogIQ’s Commercial Markets Division performs installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of EV charger stations and electrical infrastructure, ensuring safety and timely project execution. Responsibilities include understanding project scope, verifying material requirements, developing installation plans, field installation per safety and compliance standards, and providing regular project updates to Lead Technician or Supervisor. Must have 3-5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience, be able to obtain a journeyman license, maintain a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable with up to 80% travel. Strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety policies are required.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years or more of commercial and residential electrical experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- State Electrical Apprentice preferred
- Be able to get a journeyman license after working required hours
- Adhere to safety policy as well as rules and regulations
- Maintain active driver’s license with a clean record and have reliable transportation to report to various job locations
- Able to move or lift 50 lbs. unassisted
- Position spends 80% travel to regional projects and to other states, overnight and extended periods of time
