Job Summary
Conduct DC trenching, feeder installs, and MV conduit work while installing fiber, inverters, and SCADA equipment. Execute DC and MV splices, riser terminations, and combiner box assembly. Manage wire installation, labeling, and module placement, ensuring proper LOTO and IR scanning protocols. Perform survey and as-built documentation. Work outdoors in extreme weather conditions, lifting 50+ pound materials and performing repetitive physical tasks. Requires strong teamwork and ability to follow precise instructions. Experience on solar construction projects preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Able to lift 50+ pound materials, maneuvering them into their proper places
- Able to conduct repetitive actions, such as stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching
- Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Able to follow precise instruction and receive feedback
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others, including colleagues and supervisors
- Candidates must be able to work in all weather conditions, as safety permits
- GED or equivalent education
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working on solar construction projects preferred
