Job Summary
Conduct DC trench, feeder, and MV cable installation while managing conduit, fiber, and inverter termination tasks. Execute wire management, labeling, and splice operations alongside SCADA equipment and combiner box installation. Perform IR scanning, survey, and as-built documentation while adhering to LOTO protocols. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, lifting heavy materials and following precise safety instructions. Requires ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions in construction environments with exposure to noise and debris.
Required Qualifications
- Able to lift 50+ pound materials, maneuvering them into their proper places
- Able to conduct repetitive actions, such as stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching
- Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Able to follow precise instruction and receive feedback
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others, including colleagues and supervisors
- Candidates must be able to work in all weather conditions, as safety permits
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working on solar construction projects preferred
- GED or equivalent education preferred
