Job Summary
Install DC trench, MV cable, fiber, and SCADA equipment at project sites across the United States. Perform MV conduit, CAB, and combiner box installations while executing DC and MV splices, terminations, and wire management. Manage survey/as-built documentation, IR scanning, and LOTO procedures. Lift 50+ pound materials and conduct repetitive actions including stooping and bending. Work outdoors in all weather conditions with exposure to loud noises, dust, and debris. Requires GED or equivalent, strong teamwork skills, and ability to follow precise instructions. Experience on solar construction projects preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Able to lift 50+ pound materials, maneuvering them into their proper places
- Able to conduct repetitive actions, such as stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching
- Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Able to follow precise instruction and receive feedback
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others, including colleagues and supervisors
- Candidates must be able to work in all weather conditions, as safety permits
- This position requires working outdoors in various, often extreme weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, cold, etc
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working on solar construction projects preferred
- GED or equivalent education preferred
