Job Summary
Conduct planned and reactive electrical maintenance across client facilities, including fault finding, repairs, and upgrades for emergency lighting, smoke alarms, switchboards, and general infrastructure. Complete work orders within required timeframes using BGIS systems while ensuring compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards. Support and mentor apprentices, coordinate subcontractors, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Deliver services safely and efficiently to BGIS quality standards across building, mechanical, electrical, and fire disciplines.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate III in Electrotechnology
- Qualified Supervisors Licence (or equivalent electrical licence)
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Current Driver's Licence
- 1 or more years of post-trade electrical maintenance experience
- Strong fault-finding and electrical maintenance skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Full working rights in Australia (essential)
