Job Summary
Assemble and install electronic components and electromechanical products from detailed specifications and established manufacturing procedures. Troubleshoot and repair assembly issues while conducting quality control checks to ensure safety and reliability standards. Manage general shop and project-specific materials, maintaining a neat work environment and organized workspace. Collaborate with engineering staff to complete projects on schedule, understanding wiring processes and rectifying errors with accurate, neat practices.
Required Qualifications
- Panel building knowledge
- VFD package build experience
- Valve assembly and testing experience
- High proficiency in reading and troubleshooting electrical schematics
- Previous experience in material management and maintaining a neat work environment
- Demonstrated expertise in organizing and managing project-specific materials
- Careful handling of expensive equipment and showcasing a high level of responsibility
- Effective collaboration with engineering staff, demonstrating the ability to complete projects on schedule
- Associates or Bachelor's degree
- Base level knowledge of Electrical and Automation products, including but not limited to PLC's, IO's, Safety Devices, Enclosures, Motor Starters, Variable Frequency Drives, Pneumatics, Sensors, Panelboards, etc
- Basic understanding of electricity, panel design/wiring, manufacturing/OEM experience
- Experience assembling Pressure Transmitters, Multi-Port Valves, Swivel Adapters, Needle Valves, Wiring in a Turck Receptacle and gauges
