Job Summary
Assist customers via phone or email with technical questions about electrical control panels and accurately process orders while creating Bills of Materials and electrical schematics. Maintain customer contact and case records using incident tracking software, generate reports as requested, and serve as the service contact for Controls and Level-Sensing Technology products. Requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred experience in building control panels or electrical components. Day shift, Monday through Friday, with a starting wage of $21.00 to $24.00 per hour. Located in Detroit Lakes, MN.

- Experience building control panels or electrical components

Desired Qualifications
- A 2-year degree in Electronics or Electrical Technology or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years of experience
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical
