Job Summary
Own the electrical system for a high-value, repeatable product line from design through deployment. Influence electrical distribution strategy, panelization, grounding, lighting and controls integration, and mission-critical interfaces during product definition. Build and lead a dedicated electrical team (Electrical Project Manager, Electrical Designer, Electrical Manufacturing SME, Electrical Construction Lead). Partner with product, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, program leadership, and construction to drive component standardization and cost discipline. Ensure electrical scope integrates into a manufacturing-based production environment with minimal field rework. Align product design intent with site execution during early deployments; lead hands-on where needed. Convert field performance data into structured product revisions that reduce variability and improve margin over time.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical electrical systems
- Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineer (preferred)
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred; Master Electrician or equivalent demonstrated leadership also considered
