Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical work activities while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with applicable codes. Provide leadership to electricians and apprentices, monitor productivity and quality workmanship, and enforce a strong safety culture. Coordinate manpower, materials, and project schedules to support successful project completion. Support daily operations through communication with management and field personnel. This first shift opportunity in Greensboro, NC, offers experienced supervisors up to $35/hour with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and vacation pay.
Required Qualifications
- GED or equivalent
- at least 7 years of electrical experience for supervisory consideration
- minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices, codes, and safety standards
- leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- ability to work effectively with electricians, apprentices, and project management
- ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- willingness to participate in a client interview
