Job Summary
Electrical Supervisor leads installation and commissioning of industrial electrical systems, plans and schedules projects, estimates time and materials, and supervises electricians on customer sites. Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, guiding and mentoring electrical staff, performing electrician tasks as needed, and delivering properly documented electrical design and project records. Requires 3-5 years’ experience in electrical installation/commissioning on customer sites, a technical engineering degree in relevant fields, strong English fluency, proactive, organized work style, and the ability to travel globally (more than 50%). This permanent role is based in Lund, Sweden, with up to 60% international travel.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in leading electrical installation/commissioning projects on customer sites
- Technical engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Chemical, Process or Food Engineering areas or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English is required
- Ability to travel globally, for more than 50% of the time
