Electrical Supervisor - Nuclear

Oversee and provide direct supervision of electrical maintenance personnel to implement, control, and report the electrical maintenance program, including predictive, preventive, corrective programs, surveillance, and periodic tests for the nuclear power plant. Directly supervise teams to ensure job tasks are performed timely with quality to achieve operational readiness and highest safety levels. Monitor performance of Nuclear Steam Supply System and Balance of Plant electrical equipment, including motors, transformers, switchgear, and generators, to confirm appropriate function. Conduct pre- and post-job briefings, validate equipment history reports, and lead troubleshooting processes to resolve issues correctly. Ensure proper staging of maintenance activities, including procurement requests for spare parts and tools, while verifying material master data updates. Provide technical support to other station groups and implement operating experience learnings into procedures. Perform all duties in compliance with the Maintenance Code of Conduct, including taking out clearances and supporting system testing. Bachelor's degree or diploma in electrical discipline with minimum 7 years of nuclear industry experience required.
