Job Summary
Plan, lead, and oversee electrical construction activities based on signalling and functional documentation. Manage the electrical team and subcontractors for ETCS L2 project delivery, coordinating all site activities according to the project plan. Optimize internal and external resources to meet milestones while ensuring safety is an integral component of all construction planning. Collaborate with the HSE team to define site safety requirements and implement initiatives in compliance with regulations. Provide regular progress reports on construction activities and resource performance evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- Trade qualification in signalling and/or electrical
- 5+ years in Railway signalling
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Cert IV in Electrical or Signalling L2 (Mandatory)
- Demonstrated competency in implementing Health & Safety initiatives
- Outstanding planning and organisational skills
- Demonstrated experience working within a brownfield railway signalling environment
- Knowledge of software tools and technical systems
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
