Job Summary
Own the electrical installation scope on a long-term data centre project in Germany, leading a crew of trades professionals and coordinating with other teams to deliver work safely, on time, and to spec. Build a two-week lookahead schedule, manage procurement for minor materials, and ensure accurate redlines and snag-free systems by auditing installations against drawings. Flag changes early to keep the commercial side clean and predictable while maintaining rigorous safety standards through RAMS and tidy work areas. Assess and coach team members fairly, escalating issues beyond your remit as needed. This role offers a 3 weeks on, 1 week off rotation plan with sponsorship available for a two-year plus commitment.
Required Qualifications
- Have proven experience supervising electrical teams on large projects
- Understand construction sequencing and how electrical works integrate with everything else on a live build
- Can read drawings, understand specs, and keep paperwork accurate
- Manage people with respect, even when you're under pressure
- Organised, dependable and steady
