Job Summary
Electrical Supervisor to oversee field operations on commercial and industrial construction projects nationwide. Responsible for supervising electricians and apprentices, interpreting blueprints and NEC/compliance with safety standards (OSHA) on active job sites, coordinating with PMs/GCs, managing material procurement and documentation, and mentoring staff. Travel nationwide for project work is required; base salary up to $85k/year.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- 5+ years of experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical construction
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory, foreman, or lead electrician role
- Experience supervising multiple crews on active job sites
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems including power distribution, controls, and industrial equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineered drawings
- Experience performing field design and labor/material takeoffs
- OSHA 30 certification
- Valid driver’s license required for travel between job sites
- Ability to travel nationwide for project work (travel schedule may include extended stays)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws
