Electrical Supervisor

Plan, schedule and oversee the execution of electrical maintenance activities in the plant to maximize equipment utilization and reliability. Lead the Electrical Safe Work Practices (ESWP) and Energy Isolation (EI) programs; oversee the maintenance of process instrumentation and quality instrumentation for environmental and quality control; maintain electrical documentation and master equipment files; develop and maintain predictive/preventive maintenance programs; monitor plant electrical equipment to ensure reliability; prioritize and coordinate electrical and control system work with other departments; ensure safety compliance and regulatory adherence; assist in budgeting and interfacing with the plant leadership team; require a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of electrical supervision experience, with PLC programming and HMI knowledge; proficient in SAP and MS Office.
