Job Summary
Oversee assigned area operations and provide full operational oversight to the Instrumentation & Electrical division, reporting directly to the Project Manager or Construction Manager. Conduct all jobs in a safe, efficient, and professional manner while working alongside crews in the field when necessary. Mentor team members, participate in efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure personal job mastery across the site. This full-time role requires Vernal, UT residency, 50–60 hours weekly, and travel to project sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must have experience in electrical leadership roles
- Strong industrial knowledge
- experience with controls
- Ability to oversee the overall performance of assigned area operations
- This position requires traveling to project sites as needed
- Must conduct all jobs in a safe, efficient, and professional manner
- A Construction Management degree is preferred but not required
