Job Summary
Oversee electrical construction projects as the lead point person for all parties on the job site, coordinating with foremen, contractors, electricians, general contractors, and material providers to ensure job completion. Manage multiple projects while utilizing knowledge of electrical systems to verify that all components are constructed properly according to customer needs. Adhere to building codes and safety protocols, and maintain project budgets by creating and tracking financials. Order and manage materials for residential and commercial construction sites while leading teams of 5-10 foremen.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an Electrical Superintendent or an Electrical Foreman looking to take the next step
- Understanding of electrical building codes
- Experience in Residential or Commercial construction
- Understanding of breakers, control panels, voltages, and other aspects of electrical systems in construction
- Experience creating budgets for projects
- Experience ordering and managing materials
- Experience managing teams of 5-10 foremen
