Job Summary
Lead and supervise on-site installation of electrical systems for solar and energy storage projects, coordinating field crews, subcontractors, and materials to meet project timelines. Ensure adherence to NEC code, safety regulations, and project specifications while interpreting electrical plans, single-line diagrams, and site layouts. Oversee daily site operations, perform inspections, and maintain accurate job logs to drive schedules, resolve issues, and keep costs under control. This role requires frequent travel (85% of the time) with company-paid lodging and daily per diem provided, ideal for professionals from solar, oil & gas, or energy infrastructure backgrounds.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License (or relevant field experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on leadership managing electrical crews
- Must be willing to travel 85% of the time
- Proficient in interpreting schematics, blueprints, and electrical layouts
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience on commercial or utility-scale solar projects
- Prior experience in remote or rotating-site roles
- OSHA 30 certification
- Backgrounds from solar, oil & gas, or energy infrastructure
