Job Summary
Conduct scheduled and unscheduled QA/QC visits across active sites while ensuring safety compliance and enforcing internal policies for HR, documentation, and field operations. Lead and maintain labor tracking, coordinate tool mobilization and fleet vehicle assignments, and provide direct support to General and Project Foremen. Promote company values, reinforce field team morale, and maintain communication across Directors, PMs, HR, Accounting, and Payroll. Requires a Master Electrician license, at least 10 years of hands-on electrical construction experience, and ability to travel on a 17/4 rotation schedule. Candidates must be based in or relocate to the Indianapolis area.
Required Qualifications
- Master Electrician license
- At least 10 years of hands-on electrical construction experience
- Valid Journeyman license and ability to pass city/county exams as needed
- Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA safety protocols, and electrical systems layout
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Project, Excel)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lead multiple teams and support personnel across multiple states
- Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the Indianapolis area
- Ability to pass federal background checks due to secure site requirements
- Heavy commercial/industrial project experience
- Ability to lift and move up to 51 lbs unaided
- Ability to climb, kneel, crawl, balance, and work in tight spaces
- Exposure to extreme temperatures and occasional hazardous conditions
- Ability to use appropriate PPE and adhere to jobsite safety standards at all times
