Job Summary
Seasoned Electrical Superintendent to lead field electrical operations on large construction sites. You will manage on-site electrical field crews and subcontractors, coordinate project schedules, manpower, and materials, ensure NEC and local code compliance, collaborate with Project Managers and General Contractors to maintain timelines, provide progress look-ahead input, and conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality standards. You will train and mentor journeymen and apprentices to support workforce development.
Required Qualifications
- OSHA 30 Certification Required
- 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent on large-scale new construction projects
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, construction drawings, and industry standards
- Proven track record managing field crews on commercial, multifamily, school, or federal projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Experience leading on-site electrical field crews and coordinating with project teams
