Job Summary
Direct and coordinate all activities of the Electrical group at a data center construction site, providing management oversight for project phases including workers, materials, and equipment. Monitor daily work progress, evaluate subordinates, and resolve scheduling conflicts between crafts while ensuring specifications and safety policies are followed. Administer policies, write reports, conduct performance appraisals, and recommend wage adjustments or disciplinary actions. Requires 7-10 years of supervising heavy industrial electrical projects, a Journeyman or Master license, and data center experience. Full-time role based in Odessa or Houston with possible travel and rotating schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience supervising Heavy Industrial Electrical projects involving a variety of layout, installation, and construction and maintenance tasks
- Data Center experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid drivers' license with a good driving record
- Open to travel
- Possible rotating schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Current Journeyman or Master Electrical License
- Renewable experience
