Electrical Superintendent

Electrical Superintendent at Loenbro responsible for organizing and field-managing electrical projects, overseeing 2-4 crews and projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M-$25M with margins over 13%, supervising 50-70 employees across one or more sites, starting and managing projects independently, delivering high standards for production, installation, quality, and customer satisfaction, and assisting in recruiting, training, and developing foremen, journeymen, and apprentices while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance with EH&S policies. The role requires experience with large construction and data center projects, prefabrication, willingness to travel to various job sites, and professional development toward LEED and NICET II certifications.
