Job Summary
Lead and manage field electrical operations on construction or industrial projects, overseeing installation, scheduling, workforce supervision, safety compliance, and quality control to deliver projects on time, within budget, and per plans and codes. Coordinate with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and clients to resolve field challenges; supervise and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices; maintain focus on safety and high-quality electrical workmanship; travel to various job sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M-$25M with gross margins over 13%
- Experience supervising 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sites
- Experience leading both large construction and data center projects
- Experience utilizing prefabrication
- Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentives
- Motivation to continue professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications
