Job Summary
Electrical Superintendent responsible for field leadership of commercial and industrial electrical projects, supervising field crews, coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to high standards of quality. Responsibilities include reviewing construction documents for code compliance, directing site activities and priorities, overseeing workforce planning, materials and equipment allocation, and maintaining schedule and budget. Acts as on-site liaison with project management, general contractors, inspectors, and owners; leads field problem-solving for design conflicts and site conditions; provides progress updates to leadership. Requires 5+ years of Foreman/Superintendent experience on commercial/industrial projects, NEC knowledge, strong leadership and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Foreman or Superintendent on commercial/industrial projects
- Experience leading $2m+ value projects
- Strong leadership skills with an interest in training and team development
- Thorough knowledge of NEC standards and local codes
- Effective communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with field-based technology for scheduling and reporting
- Valid driver’s license required
