Job Summary
Hands-on Electrical Superintendent responsible for bidding and estimating electrical scopes, running projects end-to-end, leading field crews, ensuring safety and code compliance, managing procurement and schedule, and mentoring foremen, journeymen, and apprentices. This role combines field leadership with hands-on execution, including reading electrical drawings, coordinating with general contractors and other trades, enforcing OSHA standards, tracking labor costs and milestones, and maintaining project documentation from bid to closeout.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical construction experience
- bid/estimate and run electrical scopes of work
- field-work with crew - tool belt required
- strong knowledge of local electrical codes
- proficiency reading electrical drawings, specs, RFIs
- OSHA 30 certification (construction) or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- valid driver's license with clean driving record
- ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
