Job Summary
Supervise construction projects from start to finish by coordinating field teams, reviewing drawings and specifications, and chairing pre-job conferences. Enforce safety procedures, verify subcontractor insurance, and prepare CPM schedules while managing material orders and supply allotments. Assure work quality through daily reporting, punchlist completion, and performance testing before turnover to the Owner. Travel as required to supervise multiple projects across a large geographic area.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience (4 years as Assistant Superintendent)
- Extensive field electrical construction experience at supervisory level
- Prior experience on either: Data Centers / Mission‐Critical facilities, or Process‐driven industrial or energy projects (power generation, oil & gas, chemical)
- Current Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) Certification, or achievement of STS Certification within six months of hire, maintenance of active certification status
- Working knowledge of all crafts (ability to read and understand specifications for all trades), and prior experience as foreman or journeyman in at least one trade, or project engineer
- Knowledge of OSHA laws
- Knowledge of job scheduling, planning, expediting and cost control
- Ability in problem-solving
- Strong sense of urgency
- Ability to Travel
