Job Summary
Oversee and manage daily field operations for commercial, industrial, and transportation electrical projects by supervising foremen, electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors. Ensure installations comply with NEC, OSHA regulations, and local codes through regular site inspections, quality control checks, and safety meetings. Coordinate manpower allocation, jobsite logistics, and material deliveries while reviewing electrical drawings and blueprints. Monitor project progress, address technical issues, and mentor field staff to develop future leaders. Maintain clear communication with project managers, engineers, and general contractors to keep schedules, scope, and budget targets.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supervising commercial or industrial electrical projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple crews and large-scale electrical installations
- Strong knowledge of NEC
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Strong knowledge of Commercial and industrial electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
- Experience with construction scheduling and jobsite coordination
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician License preferred
- Experience working on Commercial electrical projects
- Experience working on Industrial facilities
- Experience working on Transportation or infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with systems such as Switchgear and panel installations
- Familiarity with systems such as Power distribution systems
- Familiarity with systems such as Lighting and LED retrofits
- Familiarity with systems such as Generator installations
- Familiarity with systems such as Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance
