Electrical Superintendent - 3 weeks out/1 week home

Job Summary
Lead onsite electrical execution on industrial projects in the Midwest, coordinating subcontractors and interfacing with project management, engineering, supply chain, and safety. Plan, assign, and coordinate project work; determine construction methods, labor, materials, equipment, and schedules; complete electrical package take-offs and estimates; monitor subcontractor performance; advise senior management of issues and assist in resolution; maintain communication across project teams to ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, and schedule; oversee purchase orders and accountability for electrical project functions including resources, budget, and schedule; ensure work complies with safety and specifications. Requires an Associates/Technical degree, 5 years of industrial electrical experience, supervisory experience, NEC knowledge, and travel up to 75%.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Technical degree in related field required
- Electrical license in various states preferred
- 5 years industrial electrical experience required
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Microsoft Project experience required
- Knowledge of National Electrical Code required
- HART communicator experience preferred
- Instrumentation experience preferred
- AutoCAD experience preferred
- Ability to read P&ID’s
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Possess excellent computer skills utilizing MS Office products
- Must possess current, valid driver’s license with no restrictions
- Up to 75% travel required or as needed
