Electrical Subcontractors - EICR Inspections / Remediation

Carry out domestic EICRs across social housing properties, identifying defects and completing minor remedial works where required. Ensure certification and reports are completed accurately while maintaining professionalism and strong customer service standards within occupied and void homes. Own van and tools are required for this role, with materials supplied by the employer. Average weekly earnings range from £1,200 to £1,800 with weekly pay and planned diaries. Long-term contract opportunities provide consistent workloads without constant contract chasing. CIS or limited company payments are available. Previous EICR experience and 18th Edition qualifications are essential, with social housing experience desirable.
