Electrical Site Supervisor

Oversee on-site construction activities for high-voltage/substation projects, lead crews to ensure safe, efficient, on-schedule, and budget-compliant execution; act as primary liaison with Project Manager, clients, and subcontractors; ensure timely crew timesheets, review RFIs and COs, monitor quality and safety, mentor crew, and support planning with manpower, materials, and equipment. Travel to project sites as required. Requires a degree in Construction Management or related field, or Journeyperson PSE/Electrician designation; 5–7 years in construction; willing to travel; perform in a safety-sensitive environment.
