Electrical Site Manager

Job Summary

Lead site activities for construction, building, and commissioning from mobilization through civil, erection, and commissioning work, managing multiple sites when necessary. Ensure schedule, quality, and cost compliance with contractual obligations, company policy, and local regulations while leading the site team. Act as a best practice resource for colleagues, developing specialized knowledge in electrical design and substation construction. Make operational decisions using technical expertise and data analysis to solve complex problems and influence project strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical from an accredited university or college
  • High school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of experience in substation construction, site installation and commissioning with deeply understanding the electrical design
  • Minimum of 3 years of advanced experience in the Substation construction, site installation and commissioning with deeply understanding the electrical design
  • Site Safety experience
  • Travel Domestically as job needed
  • Must be able to accommodate a high level of travel
  • Approximately 90% travel throughout the United States
